The Gardening Club

In the Gardening Club we have our own raised flower beds where we grow fruit and vegetables. We have our own gardening committee which meets during the growing season. We sell our harvest when it grows in the summer time and the money we make goes back into the club for equipment and seeds. We also have a scarecrow that protects our crops, his name is Stan-Still. we grow carrots,onions and much more. Mrs Murphy helps us grow and harvest our fruit and vegetables. We raised over a hundred euros in 2012 by selling our crops.

We made Christmas reeds and sold them, the money went to Saint Vincent Da Paul. We had a Christmas party we all had great fun, we ate sausages, chips, sweet and drank Capri suns
